Our systems and services are intended solely for authorized personnel. Any unauthorized access, reverse engineering, duplication, or misuse of our training simulation software or hardware is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Batech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our systems and services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
